These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SunizeHQ platform and any SMS/text message communications sent through it. By accessing or using SunizeHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. SMS Messaging Program
Program Description
SunizeHQ operates an SMS messaging program on behalf of licensed life insurance agents. Messages sent through this program may include account setup, appointment reminders, follow-up messages regarding life insurance inquiries, policy updates, and customer care communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on agent activity and client interaction. You may receive up to several messages per week depending on your engagement with your agent.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SunizeHQ does not charge recipients for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt-In
You consent to receive SMS messages from SunizeHQ and its licensed agents by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a SunizeHQ form. The checkbox states: “By providing my phone number, I agree to receive SMS messages from SunizeHQ and its licensed agents about account setup, appointments, life insurance inquiries, policy updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. I agree to the Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.” Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.

2. Platform Use
SunizeHQ is a private platform for licensed life insurance agents and their authorized team members. By using the platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to life insurance agency management
- Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Not upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including insurance regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
3. User Accounts
Access to SunizeHQ requires authentication through Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of SunizeHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using SunizeHQ, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SunizeHQ — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of SunizeHQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SunizeHQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunizeHQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or SMS communications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which SunizeHQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SunizeHQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
